sounds good, now I am hungry!
everythings good except..dump the pigs feet.haha
sounds delicious!
I'll just have the mashed potatoes and apple pie
Sounds fantastic - except the collard greens (or any other cooked slimy green stuff). You forgot the rolls, as in you'll be rolling home after that meal. =D

We usually have spaghetti with my dad's ';world famous'; meat sauce (contains ground beef and chunks of pork - awesome), seriously garlic bread, apple-peach sauce and gooey brownies with pecans and 3-2 ratio of chocolate buttercream frosting.
you can keep the pigs feet but other then that what time is dinner.... :D my diet goes out the door on thanksgiving... :D
Everything but the pigs feet
Sounds like a delicious menu, except for the pigs feet.
yo my girl that sounds good as hell

As long as by 'pigs feet' you mean those pastry things with chocoloate on one end. Those are nasty.
All great except the pigs feet, not that i've ever tried it, i just couldn't bring myself to. Kinda like frogs legs,Ahhhh.
Sounded great til u got to the pigs feet! EWWWWWW! Ickey!!!! Nasty! And EWWWWWW again!!!! Im having Trueky, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, a spiral ham for those who prefer that over Turkey, green bean casserole with bacon, dinner rolls, and a pumpkin custard pie and also an apple pie and of course whip cream!!!! A nice white wine as well as red
That sounds really good .. Mmmmm

How do you make creamed spinach? Also, can other greens be creamed?

If you can make a white sauce - you can cream anything.

Melt butter in saucepan, add equal amount of flour (2 tbls. butter=2tbls. flour), stir until there are no lumps and it becomes a smooth paste. Under med. heat add milk, about 1/4 cup at a time continuously stirring so it doesn't get a chance to lump up. Continue adding milk while cooking until sauce is desired thickness and flour is cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. When your white sauce tastes delicious you can add anything to it such as: spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, peas. The best creamed thing I know of is creamed eggs. Just add hard boiled eggs to the sauce and serve over toast. Its unbelievable. How do you make creamed spinach? Also, can other greens be creamed?
You can cream all kinds of veggies, etc. Here is one recipe!!!

    Creamed green beans.?

Has anyone made creamed green beans before?? It has some kind of sour cream sauce. I had it when I was a kid and would like to make it for my family, but none of the recipes I've read sound right.Creamed green beans.?
    Classy Green Bean Casserole

    ';This is a classic green bean casserole that appeals to many. I am asked to bring this dish again and again.';

    6 servings

    INGREDIENTS

3 (14.5 ounce) cans French cut green beans, drained

    1 cup sour cream

1/2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 cup coarsely crushed buttery round crackers

    1 tablespoon butter, melted

    DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix together the green beans, sour cream, condensed soup, salt and pepper. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir melted butter into the crushed crackers, then sprinkle over the top of the casserole.

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned and bubbly.Creamed green beans.?
Is it something made with green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and some sour cream? It might be baked with some Tater Tots or canned onion crisps on top?

    EDIT:

Well, if it's not like one of those green bean casseroles, maybe it's just a simple white sauce with added sour cream? Depending on how it was made, you might have to adjust proportions or play around with adding some other flavors (ground black pepper, onion powder, paprika, celery powder, some shredded cheese, whatever...).

Also, maybe experiment with how the green beans are prepared (fresh/frozen/canned, thin-cut, etc.).

Check this link for some sauce recipes:

The classic creamed green bean casserole recipe is on the back of French's Fried Onions. You can replace some of the milk with sour cream for that Stroganoff twang.
