What can I do with Green Cream?

I bought some sour cream a couple of weeks ago, and didn%26#039;t use it all. It turned green. Is it good for anything? I heard once that mold was used in Penicilin. But i am refering to cooking or ? I know I%26#039;ll get some humor out of this. As Betty used to say %26quot;OH WELL%26quot;|||lol to the above answer.

but seriously, there is nothing you can do with it except throw it away. any dairy product that goes bad is out of the question. sure, there are cheeses and other products that are allowed to age, but those are regulated and monitored by people who know what they are doing. trust me, if a health inspector walked into any establishment that had green sour cream, there would be some trouble. throw it away so it doesn%26#039;t get worse and affect the other food you have.|||Eat it with green eggs %26amp; ham.|||well unless you want to get really ill then i suggest not eating it. if you are apposed to throwing it away then i say keep it in the sun and watch it grow although I will caution that the smell may become unbearable|||throw it away not a thing you can use it for only the garbage will eat it. oh well that%26#039;s it!|||wht the hell r u talking about?
