Food CD video and a good cream or sauce for a fish platter?

I would like to buy a cooking video, where I can actually see the person preparing the dishes. Also I would like to know a good sauce or cream for a fish. Or a web site.|||Well...I make my own sometimes. Here%26#039;s what I put in mine. It a little thin and I usually make it for crab cakes but you could put it on fish as well
